How we invest

Our process is rigorous, repeatable, and owner-oriented. We begin with the business, not the stock price — studying its economics, competitive position, and management quality before we ever look at a chart.

Business Quality Screen

We filter for businesses with durable competitive advantages, high returns on capital, and strong free cash flow generation. Only a handful pass this first gate.

Deep Fundamental Research

For each candidate, we build a granular understanding of its economics — supply chain, pricing power, customer relationships, capital allocation history, and management character.

Valuation & Entry Discipline

A great business at the wrong price is a poor investment. We wait patiently for the market to offer us an entry point that provides adequate margin of safety.

Portfolio Construction

We size positions by conviction and construct a portfolio where each holding contributes meaningfully. No token positions, no FOMO buys.

Ongoing Monitoring

We continuously track the business — not the stock price. We add when conviction grows, and exit only when the thesis changes, not when headlines do.

Transparent Reporting
